Conditions

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (Section 13 of the German Civil Code) on our online shop Undici.
I hereby confirm that my informations are complete and that I have read, understood and accepted the general terms and conditions of Undici Shop. The customer is liable for any failure to comply with the conditions.

2. Prices and shipping costs
The prices stated on the product pages include VAT.
In addition to the prices stated, we charge shipping costs for delivery. The shipping costs are clearly stated in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
For all deliveries within Switzerland, shipping is free from CHF 79.-.
For deliveries to countries outside Switzerland, additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply, which must be borne by the customer.

3. Delivery
We deliver to Switzerland and Europa.
The delivery time is approximately 3-5 working days within Switzerland and up to 15 working days for international deliveries. We will indicate any differing delivery times on the respective product page.

4. Payments
Payment can be made by credit or debit card, PayPal, KLARNA or Twint.

5. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

6. Return Policy
We offer you a right of return of 14 days from receipt of the goods.
Returns must be reported to us within the first 14 days from the receipt of the order by email to info@undicishop.ch.
Unannounced returns as well as packages that are not labeled with the name and order number or that are returned after the deadline cannot be processed or accepted.
However, the prerequisite for exercising the right of return is that you return the goods complete, in their original condition and undamaged in their original packaging.
The costs for the return of the goods are to be borne by the buyer.
After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase amount using the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
If a product is no longer in perfect condition after being returned, UNDICI reserves the right to refuse the return.

7. Warranty
We guarantee that you will receive the purchased goods in perfect condition. We do not accept any responsibility for allergic reactions to our products.

8. Newsletter
If you have subscribed to our newsletter, we will inform you from time to time about news, discounts and new products. The data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on. The newsletter can be canceled any time.

In cooperation with our hosting providers, we endeavor to protect the databases as best as possible from unauthorized accesses, losses, misuses or falsifications.

We would like to precisde that data transmission on the Internet (for example when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data from access by third parties is not possible.

We only collect, store and process personal data to the extent that this is necessary to process orders, deliver goods, provide services, process payments and answer your inquiries.
When you contact us (e.g. via contact form, email or telephone), your details will be stored to process the request and in the event that follow-up questions arise.

We work with shipping service providers to deliver your orders. We pass your data on to these service providers if this is necessary for the delivery of the goods.
