Shipping costs within Europe are CHF 15.-

For deliveries to countries outside Switzerland, additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply, which must be paid by the customer.

RETURNS
Returns must be reported to us within the first 14 days of receipt of the order by email to info@undicishop.ch.
Unannounced returns as well as packages that are not labeled with the name and order number or that are returned after the deadline will not be processed or accepted.
However, the prerequisite for exercising the right of return is that you return the goods complete, in their original condition and undamaged in their original packaging.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
